Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

 • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
 • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.


2. Return Process

 • Email our team at [your email] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
 • Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
 • Customers are responsible for the courier fee for returns, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

 • Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or different items of equal value, subject to availability.
 • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a store credit or a refund (if eligible).


4. Refunds

 • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
 • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
 • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 • Sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and bespoke pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
 • Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, scent, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
 • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.


7. Store Credit

 • Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date issued.
 • Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
